"Reaching the Dream" is
a grass-roots initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development. The goal of the initiative is to educate,
inform, and encourage home buying among lower income, inner city
residents. The initiative traveled to five U.S. cities, and yielded
positive outcomes.
